Powder coating

Powder coating processes are non-polluting modes of application used in industry to coat and protect metallic supports. The paint is a thermoplastic powder resin (eg: polyamide, polyethylene) or thermosetting (e.g. epoxy coating, with high chemical resistance).

The advantage of these processes is the absence of solvent, which is of economic, environmental, hygienic and occupational safety interest: reduced fire risk, no respiratory exposure to solvents; however, worker protection is necessary to avoid inhalation or ingestion of the powder.

This process makes it possible to obtain good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and above all an impeccable aesthetic surface condition for architectural applications for example.
